            Soule  has worked 
            as a photographer in the Northwest for over 25 years. He is currently 
            owner and principal photographer for Hoot Creek Photography, an accredited 
            PRCA photographer, and is a Field Contributor for Nature Photography 
            magazine. Soule’s commercial 
              clients include the TriFam Foundation, the Olympic College Foundation, 
              The Peninsula Dance Theatre, The Whidbey Dance Theatre, Pacific 
              Regional Ballet, the Poulsbo and Bremerton Chambers of Commerce 
              and the State of Oregon. Most recently, Soule has been named the 
              official photographer for Regional Dance America Pacific - Festival 
              2003, Festival 2004, and 2006, official photographer for the NAFL 
              Championship Weekend 2003, 2004 and 2005, and for the City of Bremerton 
              Centennial Celebration. His work as a photojournalist has appeared 
              in newspapers in both Oregon and Washington, and on the Fox News 
              Channel. As 
              a lifelong resident of the State of Washington, the focal point 
              of Soule’s personal photography has become the acreage on 
              and around Hoot Creek and Clear Creek, salmon streams being restored 
              near his home in the Central Valley of Kitsap County. He concentrates 
              his editorial and commercial shooting on photo journalism based 
              topics, ranging from ballet to landscapes.
